A Gentle Ayurvedic Reset for the Digestion of Body and Mind

Cleanse, Process & Rebalance

A deeper reset using Ayurvedic principles to support not just physical digestion, but also how you process thoughts, emotions and daily experiences.

A More Complete Kind of Reset

As the seasons change, the body naturally begins to let go of what it has been holding onto.

But not everything we carry is physical.

Alongside food, we are constantly processing thoughts, emotions and internal responses. When these go unprocessed, they can start to affect:

  • Breathing patterns
  • Nervous system balance
  • Digestion and overall wellbeing

This reset is designed to gently support both.

Why This Reset Matters

In Ayurveda, digestion (Agni) is central to good health.

But digestion is not only about food.

It is also about:

What you take in mentally

What you hold onto emotionally

What remains unprocessed within you

When the body and mind are supported together, they begin to find a more natural rhythm.

What Our Clients Say
— Rekha Patel

I have taken part in two digestive resets run by Dr Seema, starting with the Autumn reset and then the Spring reset. Both were online, which meant I could build practices that fitted naturally into my daily life at home.

Using the recommended herbs, recipes, meditations and timings, the resets included daily guidance and monitoring through a WhatsApp group, so everything was tailored to our individual constitutions. Having that group meant we had a community to share knowledge and work through the process together.

Dr Seema’s approach is deeply supportive. She brings so much wisdom and knowledge and genuinely helps you understand the Ayurvedic way of balancing body and mind. During the Spring reset I also had a few in-person follow up sessions, which included a digestive tune-up massage and energy healing. These were really valuable.

Over time I have noticed real improvements in my energy, sleep and skin. I am so grateful for her personalised approach and her genuine interest in helping everyone she works with.
